Taipei, Weng Yulan reported on June 13, 2024, at 4:10 pm, Weiweng held a board meeting and decided to conduct overseas fundraising for Global Depositary Receipts (GDR) and overseas unsecured convertible bonds (ECB), with a total fundraising scale approaching NT$40 billion. Weiweng plans to issue 8.5 to 11 million shares of GDR, with the estimated fundraising scale exceeding NT$20 billion. Additionally, they plan to issue overseas ECB with a tentative scale of US$600 million (about NT$19.4 billion), totaling nearly NT$40 billion in fundraising.
