Aroldis Chapman holds the record for throwing the 10 fastest pitches in MLB history, with the fastest being 105.8 mph in 2010. Jordan Hicks also made the list with two pitches at 105 mph. Despite legends like Nolan Ryan and Bob Feller potentially having thrown faster pitches in the past, their speeds were measured differently, and thus their pitches cannot be definitively included in the all-time fastest list. In 2024, Mason Miller dominated with the fastest pitches, reaching up to 103.7 mph.
