Caleb Williams and Rome Odunze, the Bears' top picks in the 2024 NFL Draft, have not yet signed their rookie contracts, but this delay is common for rookies and teams as they negotiate deals within the allocated money from the rookie contract pool set each season. While only two of the top-10 draft picks have signed contracts so far, projections suggest Williams and Odunze will sign for around $39.4 million and $22.7 million, respectively, with fully guaranteed contracts as first-round picks. Negotiations may involve guaranteed money and performance incentives related to playing time, but there is no cause for concern unless they remain unsigned heading into training camp in mid-July.
