On July 1, 2024, at 5:10 am, near Haibang Bridge in Kaohsiung, the body of a woman was discovered on the bank of Qianzhen River. Upon being notified, friends and family of the deceased arrived on the scene and were devastated. Earlier in the morning, a man had reported his wife missing to the Fengshan Police Station, but in the afternoon, a passerby found the missing woman near the riverbank. The cause of death remains unclear, and the incident left loved ones in shock.
