Chinese electric truck startup Windrose is raising its funding goal to $300 million in its final round, shifting from an initial target of $200 million. The company plans to establish assembly plants in the U.S., France, and Belgium, and is preparing for a U.S. IPO to raise $400 million. Windrose aims for an annual production capacity exceeding 10,000 trucks by 2027, targeting competition with Tesla's Semi.
