Wistron invested 490 million to acquire 25% stake in water cooling and heat dissipation factory Element Titanium

Wistron, a key supplier to NVIDIA, announced an investment of 490 million to acquire a 25% stake in the water cooling system pioneer, Element Titanium. The acquisition price of 60 yuan per share far exceeds the net value of 9.14 yuan, equivalent to a price-to-net-value ratio of about 6.56 times. Wistron has been actively expanding in the AI field and is optimistic about growth in AI-related products. Element Titanium focuses on providing liquid cooling technology and has already secured contracts with major enterprises and national level data centers.
