Since the pandemic, the United States has experienced a phenomenon of a large resignation wave, leading to terms like on-the-job resignations and quiet resignations. However, starting this year, the situation of the large resignation wave has started to ease. Experts warn that companies must not be complacent as the shortage in the market continues, giving job seekers more choices. The overall job environment now sees a decrease in immediate resignations, with a rise in mid-to-senior-level job seekers being more cautious in their choices, while basic job roles present more opportunities. Despite a rising number of job vacancies, the resignation rate has dropped to 2.1%, showing a decrease in immediate resignations.
