On June 12, 2024, at 8:18 AM, in Taichung, a female college student was randomly slapped and had her hair pulled by a stranger while taking the bus to school. Fortunately, kind-hearted people intervened and stopped the attacker until the police arrived. The woman had already displayed erratic behavior on the bus, and the female student decided to press charges to prevent further harm to others.
