On June 30, 2024, at 8:09 a.m., a woman caused a disturbance at Taipei 101 and was forcibly taken for medical treatment. The incident involved a woman in a pink form-fitting dress who entered a store, swept items off shelves, and shouted at employees for unknown reasons. She was later sent for treatment, with the store experiencing losses of over 5,000 NT dollars. The woman's disruptive behavior was captured on video, showing her entering the store, throwing items on the floor, and yelling at employees. Police intervened and determined the woman needed treatment, possibly due to an emotional breakdown, sending her to a treatment facility for evaluation and recovery decision, given her unsettled state.
