A woman on Dcard expressed frustration over being ghosted by food delivery riders despite writing notes to go downstairs or making other considerations that would help them. She mentioned ordering delivery 10 times and being ghosted 3 to 4 times, living in a location where the riders have to climb five floors, and even when living in a building with an elevator, she would go down to the first floor. Experts pointed out factors such as the remote location, platform mechanisms, and the possibility of routes being too long due to the platform sending her order last. They concluded that her location being remote and the platform squeezing delivery riders financially could be possible reasons for being ghosted.
