A woman in a red shirt was walking on a zebra crossing in Taipei when she was suddenly rolled under a cement truck. The woman was crushed under the vehicle, with severe injuries including broken bones and near-unconsciousness. Despite being rushed to Taipei General Hospital for treatment, she did not survive. The driver, surnamed Wang, was found to have a blood alcohol level of 0.11 and was arrested for further investigation. The incident occurred due to the driver's failure to notice the woman crossing the road, resulting in a horrific accident.
