A woman was spotted cleaning windows on the 9th floor of a luxury residence in Anping District, Tainan, Taiwan without wearing any safety gear, even standing at the window ledge at one point, causing concern among witnesses. The Labor Department in Tainan stated that individuals conducting high-altitude work must wear safety gear, and if the cleaner was an employee hired by a company, the employer would face penalties for not providing proper safety equipment, as per the Occupational Safety and Health Act. Further investigation will determine if the woman was an ordinary citizen or employed by a cleaning company.
