In New Taipei City's Sanchong District, a 55-year-old woman surnamed Yang was riding a motorcycle on Fude North Road when she allegedly got distracted by her phone, resulting in her colliding with a white BMW illegally parked on the side of the road. The sudden impact caught Yang off guard, causing her to collapse on the ground in pain and distress. Fortunately, there were no other injuries in the incident, and the illegally parked BMW will face penalties under road traffic regulations. Further investigation is underway to clarify the exact cause of the accident.
