A woman in mini shorts in Taipei ignored her own safety and rushed onto the expressway to pick up her phone that had fallen onto the road, sparking discussions online. Netizens commented that 'the most beautiful scenery in Taiwan is people.' The police, however, fined her 500 TWD based on traffic regulations. The incident was captured by a nearby surveillance camera and uploaded online, showing the woman halting a car, squatting down to pick up the item, with the whole process lasting about 9 seconds. The incident occurred on June 11, at 7:57 a.m. in front of 74 Chongqing South Road Section 2, with the woman fined for illegally crossing the road.
