On June 21, 2024, at 1:39 am, Xie Shushen's husband, Xie Xin'an, was accused by a woman of engaging in a love scam and fraudulent money-making schemes. The woman revealed that after knowing Xie Xin'an for about half a year and learning about her desire to open a hospitality business, Xie Xin'an proposed a loan of five million using a property under the woman's name as collateral. However, the woman did not receive any of the loan and resorted to the judiciary, alleging fraud and breach of trust. Xie Xin'an has yet to respond. The woman also provided evidence of Xie Xin'an's actions to the Northern Judiciary, seeking justice through legal means.
