A young OL (office lady) in Zhejiang, China, rushed to the hospital at night after seeing 'many tiny people running around' in her home, even with 'figures' trying to crawl into her bed. The doctor suspected she had eaten a type of mushroom called 'Boletus speciosus' ('seen-blue'), causing hallucinations. The OL, named Lin, purchased and consumed the mushroom after seeing it on a short video platform. She experienced hallucinations and confusion, eventually diagnosed with neurological and psychiatric wild mushroom poisoning. After hospitalization and treatment, Lin was discharged with a need for regular follow-up. Experts warn of proper cooking to avoid discomfort and hallucinations when consuming 'seen-blue' mushrooms.
