A woman surnamed Zhang in China recently stayed at a local five-star hotel during the Dragon Boat Festival, where she and her child were interrupted by hotel staff entering the room while they were bathing to deliver zongzi. The next day, upon returning to the hotel, she found her personal items had been moved without any signs of room cleaning or fresh towels, leading her to discover that the staff had entered her room again. The hotel claimed the staff's actions were part of standard procedures, offering Zhang compensation with afternoon tea and breakfast vouchers, which she declined, remaining dissatisfied with the staff's behavior.
