The woman, who works as a night shift security guard, is separated from her husband and has been reported stealing money from colleagues. Despite multiple incidents, the police have been unable to effectively resolve the situation, with many businesses choosing not to press charges due to the cost. The woman's behavior does not pose a physical threat to others, making compulsory intervention difficult.
