Reported 12 months ago

In the scorching heat, a worker renovating an old house in Tainan suffered a heatstroke yesterday (2nd) evening while working on the 5th floor and couldn't stand due to profuse sweating and leg cramps. With no staircase but only scaffolding on site, it took an hour to rescue the worker using a basket stretcher to slowly lower him down to the first floor.
