A 36-year-old worker surnamed Su in Xizhi District, New Taipei City, drew police attention for his suspicious behavior while riding a motorcycle without a helmet. When stopped by the police, Su pretended to cooperate but then quickly threw drugs from his bag into a drain to avoid detection, but the police witnessed the act and arrested him on drug charges. The police emphasized their efforts to combat crime and drug offenses to maintain public safety and health.
