A sinkhole has appeared multiple times in Zhubei City, Hsinchu County. A special team decided to stop work due to public safety concerns. Investigations revealed construction shortcuts leading to the sinkholes and implicated several individuals including Yang Wenke and construction company officials. The prosecution seeks to confiscate illegal gains totaling over 230 million NTD. Yang denies wrongdoing and pledges to clarify in court, expressing confidence in a fair trial.
