New York Yankees pitcher Gerrit Cole displayed positive progress in his second rehab start for Double-A Somerset, pitching 4 2/3 innings against the Hartford Yard Goats. Despite giving up a home run to Rockies prospect Ryan Ritter, Cole allowed only one run on two hits with four strikeouts, throwing 57 pitches where 44 were strikes. Cole is set for at least one more rehab outing before potentially rejoining the Yankees' starting rotation during their upcoming series with the Baltimore Orioles.
