Yitai optimistic about AI and HPC in the second half of the year

Yitai Technology reported a May consolidated revenue of 345 million NTD, with a monthly increase of 0.88% and a year-on-year increase of 2.73%. Accumulated revenue for the first five months reached 1.757 billion NTD, an 8.58% increase year-on-year. The company anticipates positive operations in the second half of the year driven by demand in AI and HPC. Yitai is seeing continuous growth in verification orders related to the AI and HPC high-speed computing market, and its subsidiary Yijin is improving yield and delivery times in collaboration with major power component customers for AI servers. The company highlighted the flourishing market development of AI technologies and applications at the COMPUTEX Taipei International Computer Show, emphasizing the broad and promising applications in various sectors. However, there is a need for further focus on AI chip performance and lifespan as they evolve towards higher efficiency, bandwidth, and low power consumption characteristics. Yitai's reliability verification lab has accumulated substantial practical experience in addressing challenges related to AI chip reliability testing, including high power, low voltage, and heterogeneous integration issues, in order to enhance the reliability of AI chips.
