A 25-year-old policeman surnamed Li from the Pao4 Four Brigade suddenly collapsed and died while jogging, his 23-year-old policeman brother immediately took emergency leave to handle the aftermath. Li was a 37th batch graduate of the Police Academy who was transferred to support the Taixi Division Bridgehead Outpost in Yunlin just last October. His brother, who serves at another police station, recently cracked two fraud cases preventing a loss of 8 million NT dollars. It was revealed that both brothers had aspirations to become police officers due to family influence, and Li's tragic passing was suspected to be due to a cardiovascular disease.
