In an effort to assist young students in building the right mindset and concepts for the workplace, the Taitung County Government has organized a diverse youth job experience program called 'Youth Summer Job Experience'. A total of 221 job opportunities were provided this year, allowing youths from various places to experience the charm of Taitung's slow lifestyle and understand the region better. Through this program, the government aims to attract more young talents to return and contribute to the local industries, encourage early career planning, and support the exploration experience in Taitung. Both participating businesses and students hope for the continuous promotion of this initiative.
