Zellis Group, a payroll software company supported by Apax Partners, has announced its acquisition of employee benefits platform Benify, which is valued between €300 million and €400 million. The transaction aims to merge Benify with Zellis's own benefits administration platform, Benefex. Benify, which has over 3 million users, was sold by Vitruvian Partners, who will retain minority stakes in the new company.
