Renowned musician Zheng Hua-Juan, who passed away suddenly in March, posthumously received the Special Contribution Award at the 35th Golden Melody Awards. During the ceremony, her close friend Wan Fang performed a medley of songs, including a duet with Zheng Hua-Juan shown on screen playing the guitar. This emotional performance moved the music director Huang Yun-Ling to tears. Zheng Hua-Juan's husband accepted the award on her behalf, expressing both honor and sorrow, as many remembered her fondly that night.
