Zhujiang held a shareholders' meeting today and approved the application for listing. The chain hotpot brand reported a record-high consolidated revenue of NTD 5.763 billion, operating profit of NTD 508 million, and net profit after tax of NTD 355 million in 2023, with a growth rate of 32.69%, 40.81%, and 30.52%, respectively. The company plans to open over 20 stores in Taiwan in the second half of 2024 and actively expand overseas in Hong Kong, Japan, and Southeast Asia. Zhujiang recently opened its first overseas branch in Hong Kong and plans to open three more branches in Mong Kok, including new brands like Zhujiang Taiwan Salted Crispy Chicken and Smile Yakiniku. It also aims to open its first branch in Osaka by the end of the year and expand in the Southeast Asian market.
