On June 16, 2024, at 1:40 AM, the Crime Bureau was shocked by a fire incident last night. According to the reporter's revelation network, yesterday (6/15) was the annual 'Police Day,' but unexpectedly, the Crime Bureau located in the Xinyi District of Taipei experienced a fire incident last night! The Fire Department was alerted to a fire in the ammunition depot, which startled the public. It was later confirmed to be a fire in the ammunition storage room, initially ruling out external intervention, with the cause of the fire still to be clarified by the Fire Department's fire investigation personnel. Around 8:30 PM last night, the Crime Bureau on Section 4 of Zhongxiao East Road in Taipei had a fire, and the fire department quickly extinguished the flames. There were reports of a slight burning smell but no visible flames. The Fire Department stated that the burning area was about 1 square meter, and no injuries were reported. Bureau personnel suspect that a spray can caught fire causing white smoke, which triggered the alarm.
