A middle-aged woman suffered from sciatic pain in her right outer thigh after participating in three dance classes involving deep squat movements within a week, including practicing sixteen squats on her own, due to the recent popularity of 'sixteen squats' fitness trend. The pain was diagnosed as sciatic pain caused by compression of the sciatic nerve due to excessive deep squatting. The woman is now undergoing neurology-related treatments, emphasizing the importance of avoiding prolonged deep squatting, excessive walking, and opting for comfortable clothing to reduce nerve pressure.
