自1974年舉辦第一屆以來，已舉辦了五十屆白天艾美獎典禮。第51屆典禮將於今年在傑 Outstanding Daytime Drama Series 並選出優勝者，入圍者有 Popstar! TV 的《The Bay》，CBS 的《The Bold and the Beautiful》，Peacock 的《Days of Our Lives》，ABC 的《General Hospital》，Amazon Freevee 的《Neighbors》以及CBS 的《The Young and the Restless》。 ABC 一直以來一舉奪得近一半的獲獎次數，其中《General Hospital》已經拿下18次冠軍，其次是 CBS 的《The Young and the Restless》和《The Bold and the Beautiful》合計 TK 次。
