陳水扁涉買官案因病停審16年獲免訴

前總統陳水扁涉嫌在台北101前董事長陳敏薰買官案中與妻子洗錢1000萬元，因疾病不能到庭停審，判決免訴。陳敏薰涉嫌透過吳淑珍向陳水扁行賄爭取職位，全案追訴權時效已過。台北地院判定追訴權時效已完成，依法免訴，可上訴。
