A Texas man, Nathan Fuller, who operated a cryptocurrency Ponzi scheme through his company Privvy Investments LLC, has been denied bankruptcy protection, leaving him liable for over $12.5 million in debts. The Bankruptcy Court found that Fuller concealed assets and falsified records while misusing investor funds for personal luxuries. He admitted to running the scheme and obstructing the bankruptcy process, resulting in creditors being able to pursue him directly for repayment.
