Josh Harris' 26North Partners, a private equity firm, has completed its inaugural deal by acquiring ArchKey Solutions, an electrical and technological service provider, for over $1 billion including debt. ArchKey, which operates out of Missouri, is known for its work on prominent projects such as the Sphere in Las Vegas.
