Following the sale of GeoStabilization International by KKR to Leonard Green & Partners, approximately 900 workers will share a $75 million payout, with eligible employees receiving bonuses based on their tenure, ranging from a few months of salary to $325,000 for long-serving staff. KKR is also providing financial coaching and has been promoting employee ownership through its Ownership Works initiative, aimed at giving workers stakes in their businesses.
