Air Canada anticipates a C$375 million ($270 million) reduction in operating income attributed to labor disruptions following a four-day strike by flight attendants in August. The airline revised its 2025 profit outlook down to between C$2.9 billion and C$3.1 billion from an earlier range of C$3.2 billion to C$3.6 billion. Although a tentative agreement was reached, it was rejected by the flight attendants, leading both parties to agree to continue operations while the dispute is resolved through arbitration.
