A floated body was discovered near Hua Jiang Bridge in New Taipei City, with the man wearing black clothing and his body swollen and disfigured. Authorities were alerted by residents and upon arrival, they rescued the deceased man who had been dead for some time. The body, identified as male, lacked identification and has been sent for further investigation at the New Taipei City Mortuary. The cause of death and the identity of the deceased are yet to be determined.
