Amazon's Kindle China e-bookstore announced that as of today, undownloaded e-books cannot be downloaded or read, users cannot download Kindle APP from the app store, and Kindle customer service will also cease support. Kindle China e-bookstore has stopped cloud download services from June 30, 2024, and customer commitments will not change despite the end of services, leading to mixed reactions from users expressing disappointment over the discontinuation of the brand.
