Ande Life Insurance's Blood Donation Alliance braved the elements to hold a public blood donation event with insurance broker partners Lidee, Leishan, and Dascheng on June 6th at a mobile blood donation vehicle in Taipei City Park. This is Ande Life Insurance's second year collaborating with insurance brokers, aiming to spread passion and love through practical actions. Since 2016, Ande Life Insurance has held annual blood donation events, encouraging employees to volunteer and donate blood. In 2023, the company formed the 'Ande Life Insurance Blood Donation Alliance' with broker partners to call for more businesses to give back to society through public welfare activities. This year, they continued this spirit by partnering with multiple broker partners. General Manager of Ande Life Insurance, Zhang Zhijie stated that with recent news of blood shortages, they were honored to work with broker partners once again to contribute to blood donation public welfare in Taiwan. The Alliance aims to increase public participation willingness through the collective strength of corporate partners to support public welfare blood donations and help more people in need. The Taipei event raised a total of 116 bags of blood, and Ande Life Insurance has also integrated the people-oriented spirit of the insurance industry by introducing new underwriting rules in 2023. Customers purchasing investment-type insurance can provide a blood test report meeting donation standards within a year for higher coverage limits based on age, with those under 35 being eligible for a maximum of 20 million NT dollars. This helps policyholders build personal risk protection while contributing to societal public welfare. Ande Life Insurance will continue to host blood donation events with broker companies, aiming to attract more partners annually and spread the spirit of giving back to society across Taiwan.
