On June 18, 2024, a casino funded by 'I.C Charlie', the boyfriend of popular internet personality 'Droplet', was raided by Taipei City police. The underground establishment in Da'an District operated under the guise of a bar and streamed online poker games. Notably, the investors 'I.C Charlie', 'Alan Poker', and 'Xiao Liu' are all YouTubers. The casino attracted gamblers with busty dealers and luxury decor, offering services to exchange chips for cash. Police arrested around 30 individuals, including the operator, dealers, and gamblers, leading to legal action for gambling offenses. During the operation, it was revealed that renowned internet personality 'Chao Ge' had been present at the scene, but he was not implicated in any illegal activities and had left before the police arrived.
