Apple is set to introduce its first-ever touch-screen MacBook Pro, moving away from its previous resistance to touch interfaces. Slated for late 2026 or early 2027, the new laptops will feature OLED displays, thinner frames, and will run on the upcoming M6 chip. This change signals Apple's shift to align with industry trends towards touch laptops, while retaining a traditional keyboard and trackpad layout. The revamped design will also eliminate the 'notch' for a hole-punch camera, and the devices are expected to be priced higher than current models.
