In Taiwan, the community prevalence rate of schizophrenia is around 0.27% to 0.3%, with symptoms including hallucinations, delusions, depression, anxiety, personality changes, social withdrawal, and attention difficulties. To help in early detection and treatment, and improve prognosis, experts have designed a 'Schizophrenia Functional Impairment Self-Test Form' for individuals to conduct assessments. Early intervention has shown to greatly benefit patients by improving symptoms, cognitive function, overall performance, and quality of life.
