A video shows a black Audi S5 playing cat and mouse with an Arkansas State Police trooper, speeding over 100 mph while blacked out and then turning the lights back on. The trooper follows the Audi through traffic, but it manages to evade capture by blacking out again and exiting the highway, leaving the chase unresolved on city streets.
