Biden has issued an executive order allowing at least 500,000 U.S. citizens' undocumented immigrant spouses to apply for legal status and work without leaving the U.S. On the other hand, Trump focused on Biden's immigration policies during his rally in Wisconsin, without mentioning past promises. The move is estimated to benefit around 500,000 undocumented spouses and 50,000 underage children by granting them legal residency, work permits, and eventual citizenship.
