Tottenham midfielder Yves Bissouma was robbed of his luxury watch by two assailants outside a hotel in Cannes on the French Riviera. The Mali international, 27, was returning to his hotel when two hooded men attacked him with tear gas and stole his watch worth 300,000 euros (£255,000). Tottenham confirmed awareness of the incident and stated they would continue to check on Yves and his family. Bissouma joined Spurs from Brighton in 2022 and made 28 appearances for the club last season, helping them finish fifth in the Premier League.
