After the passage of the 'Legislation on the Powers of the Parliament,' the Presidential Office, Executive Yuan, DPP caucus in the Legislative Yuan, and Control Yuan have successively filed for constitutional interpretation and suspension of enforcement. The KMT caucus in the Legislative Yuan held a press conference on the 2nd, naming Chief Justice Hsu Tsung-Li and seven other grand justices who had previously served as high-ranking officials in the green camp, opposing parliamentary reform, and should voluntarily recuse themselves. DPP legislator Lin Chun-Hsien criticized the blue camp in a post, asking why not recommend Huang Kuo-Chang to be a grand justice instead.
