Boeing has announced that annual bonuses for over 100,000 employees will now be based on the overall performance of the company, rather than individual business units. Eighty percent of the bonuses will depend on financial results, while 20% will focus on safety, quality improvements, and program execution. This shift comes after CEO Kelly Ortberg emphasized the need for collaboration among business units as part of a cultural change driven by employee feedback.
