Reported by CTi News on June 10, 2024, at 10:16 PM, in New Taipei City's Banqiao District, a 19-year-old named Chen was found seriously injured and abandoned in front of a residence in a lane on Xinyi Road after being ambushed by 5 suspects while out to buy late-night snacks early in the morning. Despite being rushed to the hospital, he did not survive. Police have arrested the suspects who are believed to have had a dispute with the victim over debts. Investigation is ongoing.
