In Wanhua District of Taipei City, at the intersection of Kangding Road and Neijiang Street on the morning of June 24, a rider was involved in an accident with a cement mixer truck. The rider was caught under the truck, resulting in severe injuries including open fractures in both hands and a crushed thigh. Fortunately, she remained conscious and was promptly sent to National Taiwan University Hospital for treatment. Further investigation is needed to clarify the exact cause of the accident.
