On July 2, 2024, around 11 pm, two consecutive incidents of random explosions of suspected firecrackers occurred on ReXin Road Section 2 in Sanchong District, New Taipei City. A man named Xue (38 years old) driving through the area had his car damaged by the explosion. He reported the incident to the police, who have identified a suspicious vehicle and summoned the owner for questioning. The case will be investigated under public endangerment and social order maintenance laws, pending further clarification from the police. Please do not imitate such misconduct.
